The assessment centre is only a short distance from Birmingham New Street station). There is a disabled accessible entrance. Ask for the Regus reception and once there inform them of your appointment and the assessor will come to meet you.

By rail

Exit platforms 2-11 via exit 3; signposted ‘Victoria Square’. Walk up Pinfold Street, into Victoria Sq and our offices are to the left of the City Hall. Ask for the Regus reception and once there inform them of your appointment and the assessor will come to meet you.

• We would suggest that any wheelchair user travelling by train take a taxi from the station to the Assessment Centre.

By bus

Bus routes 61, 62, 63 will take you to Hill St.

By car

• M6 Motorway North to Junction 6, exit motorway at Junction 6 and bear left onto the A38
• Stay in second lane, proceed into Birmingham City Centre (keeping on the A38)
• Over the flyover, take the 1st exit off the A38 immediately after the flyover (Thistle Royal Angus Hotel on left)
• Down to traffic lights
• Go straight across but keep to the left hand lane
• Proceed up the Queensway, through the traffic lights to Paradise Circus (Copthorn Hotel in the middle)
• Take the first exit left into Suffolk Street Queensway (only 50 yards from entering Suffolk Street Queensway
• Turn immediately left again into Swallow Street – 1 Victoria Square is on your left
• There is parking in Brunel Street nearby.
