We are at Victoria House, Victoria Street, Taunton, TA1 3FA only a short distance from the town centre.
The Assessment Centre is easily accessible from the A38 and J25 of the M5. Please see map below for more information on our exact location.
There is free parking for up to 2 hours at the front of Victoria House. When you arrive at the assessment centre, go directly to the second floor (marked 3 in the lift). You will need to press the buzzer ‘Contact Associates’ on the left hand side of the foyer and tell us that you have arrived. Please take a seat and your assessor to come to meet you.
We also have parking with level access at the back of the building. If you use this parking, press the buzzer at the rear entrance and the building receptionist will grant you access. Use the lift to get to the second floor (marked 3).
Though 2 hours should be sufficient time to complete your assessment and return to your car, there is also parking at Victoria Gate which is around 3 minutes walk from the centre.

If you travel by train, we can arrange a taxi from Taunton station directly to the centre.
