We are uniquely placed to deliver professional work based assessments, on-job coaching and support. The two Directors, Emma Shelton and Una Lynch have extensive professional backgrounds in dyslexia and disability support. They now operate an impressive network across the UK of freelance dyslexia tutors available to be matched with dyslexic employees in need of support.

Our specialist, quality assured and highly trained tutors provide strategies that work with the dyslexic employee’s strengths to enable them to improve day to day work performance. The targeted intervention gives our clients the tools they need to work efficiently, effectively and productively.

  • We have a national network of disability assessors trained to conduct in work assessments.
  • Following a referral; from either the line manager or the HR dept. we arrange a full assessment of the dyslexic /disabled employee’s needs.
  • The full report will contain strategies and recommendations of how the employee can use assistive technology and or human support to improve their performance and mitigate their learning difficulties.
  • We will review the employee’s ergonomic and assistive technology requirements and will usually recommend solutions to previous barriers to achievement.

We match highly-trained Workplace Skills Mentors with each individual referral.
